Permanent Housing

1 year stability program

Our permanent housing program will span over a year and will be divided into quarters. The initial three months are fully funded by the organization to allow for healing and engagement in the program. The subsequent months are subsidized, all while families continue their program participation. Parent(s) must go through an intake process and sign an agreement to our housing requirements, which includes a tailored care plan, based on their specific needs. This is a program we hope to provide in the future. Check back next year for updates!
